Success, success :)

McFly's gotten pretty big now. Especially in Brazil:

On the 31 of May, 2009, McFly performed at the biggest tv show in Brazil “Domingão do Faustão” which had a predicted audience of over 30 million viewers.


And their album is doing pretty well.

“Radio:Active” has received a platinum sales status certification for sales of over 60,000 copies in the Brazil, "Lies" and "One For The Radio" also received a platinum sales status certification for sales of over 100,000

Oh. and after two years, their compilation "All the Greatest Hits" is back on the UK Albums Chart at number 44.

I say they're doing well. Radio:active actually hit platinum. Good work for the guys.

Oh I know. I keep om sending requests to myx and then to the stations here but I dunno.
Maybe if they toured more in america, then they'd be totally popular. Their music is really something.

well, at least dana was succesful. i sent messages to channel v kanina. but i guess it's too soon to expect results. i'll spend the whole of tomorrow promoting & requesting mcfly.

The opening sequence of the video for "One for the Radio" is a reenactment of the beginning scene in the 1985 movie "Back to the Future," from which McFly got their name.
