Beautiful violinist Izzy Johnston fell for her boyfriend Harry Judd from rock band McFly when they performed on stage together - but was banned from talking to him until the tour was over. Izzy, 24 - whose own astonishing string quartet eScala was supporting the boyband in 2005 - had to wait until the last night of the UK tour in case there was a backlash from McFly's girl fans. Now, three years, on the couple have set up home together in North London, from where Harry, 22, has been watching eScala's breathtaking performances on TV. Speaking exclusively to the Sunday Mirror, Izzy's proud mum Gill Johnston, 60, said: "Izzy was in the backing band playing the violin on tour with McFly and they weren't allowed to speak to each other. "But they eventually got together on the last night at party. It's terribly romantic, but because he's in McFly, girlfriends are kept out of the limelight. She's tried to keep things under wraps, and wanted to do this on her own, not on the back of having a famous boyfriend." As well as supporting Izzy's musical career, Harry has also been a great support to her disabled brother Rupert who suffered brain damage in a car crash 12 years ago. Mrs Johnston, who runs a music school, said: "Rupert is Izzy's biggest fan. He is so proud of her."
