McFly Philippines REVAMP?!

So, I noticed, (and I'm even guilty being one), that we aren't that active unlike before. The users in the forums are practically the same and we haven't had new members since April.

I'm so sorry for being such a lame admin. I guess we all have our own reasons for not being active here. Anyway, I was thinking of a doing a total revamp. New website, new staff, new promotional ideas that will help us in promoting McFly here. Let's face it, McFly will never be known, nor will have the chance to come here, if we didn't show them and the whole world that they have fans in the Philippines. I guess Brazil got their way 'cause they promoted them hardcore. And with a lot of determination and will power, I know we can do it!

So yes, who wants a reconstruction of the fansite?

We can do this in due time for the release of the new album late 2009 or next year. At least with a new album to promote, we have a chance to freshly promote McFly here. I have waited long enough for McFly to be known (as well as you guys, for sure) in the Philippines. It is up to our butts to kick it off so the whole archipelago could appreciate their greatness.

I'm up for it. I'll try to help when I'm not busy, maybe with news-gathering and stuff. and maybe ideas. I could round up a few McFly fans at school. They're increasing in number.

yeah me too, i'm not that active anymore, coz' being a junior now in college is a serious undertaking for me... however, its ok for me if this site will be reconstruct, but i'll gonna miss everything...

But know that it's Christmas break (well, one more day to go for me, at least) we can all help in the revamp-ing of all the Mcfly Philippines sites!!

I'm sooo up for it! It's the perfect time since they started selling radio:active here & playing their songs on the radio too (not that i've heard any myself...)

i wanna help update the mcfly philippines myspace!! i know someone told me the password before..but i cant remember what it was. does anyone know? oh! anyone wanna make a new layout for that one too? (i dont know how...)

bytheway, we (i asked dana about this already) changed the mcfly philippines multiply from mcflyphilippines.multiply.com to mcflyzone.multiply.com. we just thought it would be better since the 1st one isnt active and me, maia & bea regularly update the 2nd one (well, not now though). so, yeah. just to let you know. we would love help here too! especially for graphics stuff where we have no clue what to do..layout, picture editing, etc. hehe. if you wanna help out, let us know.

Dana, I'm up for being a staff member! Get the latest news on the boys maybe? But, I dont think I can do this alone. I would need lots of help. I was thinking maybe (if we get a lot of people)..we could take shifts of some sort so that we wouldnt be too burdened with this and school. Tell me watcha think.

So I guess you all know by now that McFly CDs are now being sold on almost all big music stores in the Philippines. (super YAY! For that. I almost cried when I saw one!!!!! Aahhhhhhhh!! )

It's time for us to promote! Yayayayay!

We can start by finally requesting their songs in myx, MTV, and radio stations here in the Philippines. I also know someone from Candy mag whi can probably help us promote.

As for the site, I'm sorry for abandoning it. I was just too busy and stuff came in the way. My internet connection also became weird over the past few months. I'm deeply deeply sorry. thanks to nicoleaika for doing a template. I'll fix it right away.

anyway, we can always start anew. We now all have a reason to move. Soo yes!!! Come on McFly Philippines! It's McFly's turn to shine!

i could finally get to it, and even update some parts.
