We need a new list of people who can manage the different areas of the site. Sign up if you wanna offer you're help!

<b> Member Needed </b>

* news people ( 2-3 people) - update the blogger and multiply site with news ( updated at least every week). People with a steady Internet access and a could donate a whole amount of their time researching could work here.

* gallery people (2-3 ) - someone who can update the multiply site with pictures and the latest photos of the boys. Same with the news people, they also might also need a steady Internet access and an amount of their time to update.

* media people (1-2) - song and downloadable updates. Someone who can make mediafiee downloadables for the site. People here could also help update us with their twitter pages.

* promotion (3-4) - people who are willing to write articles ( just in case we need to submit one) for magazines. Those who can devise plans on how we can help promote McFly.

i'm game to help in the news and promotion. Anyone else?

Can you please explain what the people under each area would have to do? Like, what exactly would a media person do, etc.

I'd like to. But i feel like you guys can do much better than me.

i would like to suggest!!!
maybe if we take on more admins (say for example 5 or 6) so they can like take turns or have "shifts". maybe this way even those who are busy can still help out & at the same time they still have time for everything else they have to do. like, for example, if someone is busy from wed-fri but is free on sat & sun, maybe that person can help on sat & sun while someone else takes over on wed-fri. or well, something like that.

what do you think? it's just a suggestion though. cos i know a lot of us are busy with school and stuff....

that's a good idea but as of now, I can only name about 10 people who are as active as us...

I'm also going to be busy next year since it's my senior year... Hayyy

so, what do you have to do for each position? can you explain them? i wanna help! but i dont get what you have to do..... if you could explain the jobs/positions, that would be great!

Roles & stuff for each position
1) News people (2-3)
- would be in charge of blogger & multiply (mcflyphilippines.blogspot.com && mcflyzone.multiply.com)
- job description: posting stuff, getting the rest updated on what's happening with mcfly (kinda like researching)

2) Gallery people (2-3)
- job description: everything about pictures, uploading & stuff
- can be posted in multiply & photobucket (mcflyphilippines)

3) Media people (1-2)
- job description: in charge of "downloadables" (videos, song, mp3s, interviews, etc.)
- in charge of posting updates on twitter (mcflyphils)
- could also be in charge of getting affiliates for the site?? (or should this be under promotions?)

4) Promotions people (3-4)
- job description: devise/brainstorm ways to get mcfly here, make write-ups for magazines, in charge of getting everyone to participate & vote
- everything to do with getting mcfly here!!

**Who here knows a lot about graphics, esp. using photoshop & making layouts & stuff?
-we need a few people here because say, harry's birthday is coming up & we need a banner OR the promotions people need some posters/flyers to promote OR we need a new layout & stuff...
-we're not sure but this could be under gallery, promotions or maybe even media. Or, maybe, they could even have their own group if we could get a lot of people to help

So, if you want to help..just write your name, what area you'd want to help out in & like preferred schedule or when you're busy/when you can work (im not saying this is final. this is just in case we can get a lot of people or we can have shifts. or just to know when people can do what so we can actually get this thing going )

weekdays: i'm sort of busy (thanks to my OJT. ugh) but sometimes i do have time for the net. like, Wednesday or Monday.
weekends: i'm only available during Sundays . I'm free Saturday nights/midnights (we have CAT on daytime)

i wanna help out in promotions & news!!
i'm soooo up for researching what's new with the boys & thinking of way to promote mcfly
i'd rather update the news of the multiply though...if that's okay...
i also wanna help out in the gallery, i wont be an admin though. i'll just help out a little, esp in multiply..maybe in photobucket a little too

im busy on weekdays, esp during the 4th quarter since we'll be working intensely on our thesis but when that's over & all we have is grad practice (in like late feb), i'm sure i'll be on here every day! when school starts, i promise to help out at least 2x during weekdays (although not the whole night maybe..) but i'll make up for lost time during weekends. as for the christmas break, i'll be on here everyday! i'll even start now!

I can help with media. I use my phone to twitter so maybe i can tweet most of the time.
i can computer during weekends or at night (MIDNIGHT) on weekdays if i wouldn't be caugh. HAHA.
